DRTK win ESPO contract!
ESPO (Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation) have recently awarded a contract to Dawsonrentals Temporary Kitchens for the provision of catering equipment and temporary kitchen facilities on a rental basis.
ESPO’s customers, in particular local authorities, had identified kitchen facilities and equipment hire as an area they wanted ESPO to add to their on-line catalogue. Many customers had experienced a demand for temporary kitchens in the past and expect demand to increase over the coming years. Due to this customer demand the rental option was, for the first time, added to the overall catering equipment tender as a major element.
The agreement between DRTK and ESPO will be highly beneficial to all stakeholders and improve operational efficiency for all involved. The inclusion of temporary kitchen facilities in the ESPO catalogue will allow all local authorities and other stakeholders to hire kitchen equipment from a central source with agreed rates and pre-qualified health and safety documentation. This will reduce time and effort involved with procurement; time spent finding suppliers, negotiating and agreeing contracts will be eliminated.
