United Utilities are the largest operator of water management systems in the UK and also provide services in Australia, the Middle East, Europe and the Philippines.

They operate a water network in the North West of England, with seven water filter and testing plants within regions of Manchester, Cumbria, Cheshire, Lancashire and Liverpool.

Dawsonrentals were approached by the client with a clear brief to supply a temperature critical storage solution. We were able to provide an attractive proposal which was met with immediate approval with the minimal of disruption to the sites whilst providing a real solution well within budget.

With careful planning and preparation the client would see the installation of seven identical modular designed cold rooms with quiet running motors completed within a week which enabled them to start a program of crucial testing of soil and water samples well ahead of schedule.

Each cold room had to be identical to ensure results could be obtained under the same testing environment. Whilst some of the site locations proved challenging, our installations team determination ensured that the high level of workmanship was maintained throughout the project.

The product supplied to United Utilities is the latest generation of Modular coldroom technology which gives a simple, cost effective solution whilst also complying with all current H&S regulations.
